2. Estimates and Repair Authorization

4. Abandoned Devices

Devices not claimed within 90 days after repair completion notice may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made. ColdConsoles reserves the right, where permitted by law, to:

• Charge storage fees

• Recycle, resell, or dispose of abandoned devices

• Apply proceeds toward unpaid balances

5. Payments

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We may accept cash, credit/debit cards, online payments, or other approved methods.

• Deposits may be required for special-order parts or custom projects.

• Unpaid balances may result in withheld return of serviced equipment where legally permitted.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated in writing:

• Repairs, parts, and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

• Any limited repair warranty applies only to the specific repair performed.

• Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, power surges, tampering, or unrelated future failures.
