DIAGNOSTIC BENCH FEE POLICY

A diagnostic bench fee applies to all workstation and laptop repairs, as well as gaming consoles that do not power on, do not start correctly, or do not reach their normal fully started state (such as displaying the WHITE status LED on applicable gaming consoles).

These devices often require extensive troubleshooting, testing, disassembly, electrical measurements, and component-level diagnostics simply to determine the cause of the failure. The bench fee covers the technician's time, specialized equipment, and diagnostic work required to evaluate the device and identify the problem, regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the repair or whether the device is ultimately repairable.
